Shipping conditions
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order date. The shipment will arrive between 10 and 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the carrier and location availability. We apologize for any delays caused by shipment processing or inspection, or if the carrier's service causes a transit delay.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order on the website www.17track.net.
How much are your shipping costs?
We offer a flat shipping rate of €3.99 for all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship your products to?
We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not covered by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make any necessary changes to your order. To learn more about our destinations, contact us at service@sdfiohsa.com. How can I change my delivery address?
An address change is only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed. You can contact us at service@sdfiohsa.com to request such a change.
Can I have it delivered to an address other than my card billing address?
Yes it is possible.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
